Welcome to Castle Wackerly

Hi, I’m Kelly, and I’m the maker behind Castle Wackerly!

I grew up watching my mom embroider, cross stitch and crochet, and my affair with art began with pencil drawings as a teenager. About that same time, I hijacked mom’s cross stitch supplies, and later taught myself to crochet from books as an adult. In between, I flirted with embroidery, scrap booking and more!

Since then, my daughter has watched me the same way, and I’ve crocheted everything from baby blankets and booties to amigurumi and jewelry. She has asked for many items of her own, and proudly worn them to school and to visit gramma & grampa.

I’m now designing items of my own and selling finished items in a local gift shop, Great Gifts Arts Antiques and Handmades! I’ve had my own Etsy store since 2017, and am on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, all under the name Castle Wackerly.
